Terms of use

Last updated August 26, 2026

These terms cover your use of the PlantBones website. Using the site means you are fine with them. If you are not, please do not use it.

What this website is

It is a shop window and a way to reach us. Plants shown here are individual living specimens, so what is pictured is the plant we had at the time and may not be the exact plant still available.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability shown on this site can change without notice and are not an offer to sell. Nothing on this site forms a contract. A sale happens only when an order is completed and accepted on the marketplace where we list, and that marketplace's own terms, payment handling, shipping and returns policies apply to it, not these.

Plant care information

Anything we write about care, light, watering or hardiness is general guidance from experience, not a guarantee. Living plants respond to the conditions they are actually kept in. We are not liable for a plant that declines in your care.

Plants, pets and people

Some houseplants are toxic if eaten by animals or children. Please look up any plant you are unsure about before bringing it home. We are not responsible for harm from ingestion or contact.

Your messages to us

Do not send anything unlawful, abusive, or that is not yours to send. Do not use the forms to send bulk or commercial messages. We may ignore or delete anything that arrives that way.

Our content

The text, photographs, layout and design on this site belong to PlantBones and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. You are welcome to link to us.

Other people's sites

Links out to marketplaces or social platforms are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their policies.

The site itself

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, to the extent the law allows that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Lake County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
